D. Shane Whitteker is the owner and chief broker at PHM. He will be presenting the course - information he feels is a vital necessity to anyone navigating the home buying process for the first time.

“This course will help prepare the first time homebuyer to navigate the complexities of purchasing a home.” Whitteker says. “We will discuss a number of topics including credit, income, things to avoid in the process and other topics as well.”

According to Whitteker, the course will be a benefit on a number of levels to first time home buyers - or anyone else in the market to purchase a home and in need of a refresher.
